Do you deliver internationally?
No. We currently offer delivery services within Ghana. Sprog Store delivers to all major towns and cities in Ghana.
Can I request that my order be delivered to your store?
You can choose to have your order delivered to any of our stores to take advantage of free delivery. During the checkout process, simply tick free store pick up. You have 3 days to pay and pick-up your order in the store.
To pick-up your order, you will need to present our invoice that was sent to you by email, and/or a valid photo ID.
When will my order be delivered?
It may take approximately the same day to 7 business days from the order date, depending on the delivery location.
What are the delivery fees?
netshop.pe offers Free Standard Delivery to addresses within Accra Metro & La Dade-Kotopon District areas (Post Code GA & GL) at no extra cost to you for orders over GHS500. Areas outside these two districts in the Greater Accra Region will attract a heavily discounted low delivery fee of between GHS15 – GHS50. This delivery fee would be waived if the order exceeds GHS1,000. The delivery fees are non-refundable should you wish to return the items.
